Easy to order, great wine
Just got my Mission Hill Chardonnay from Kascadia Wine Merchants. It was super easy to find on their site and ordering was quick. The wine came in good shape and tastes just like I remember it. Really happy with it, nothing complicated or annoying at all.
Good wine, slow shipping
I ordered a couple bottles of Burrowing Owl Cabernet Franc. The wine itself is excellent, exactly as I expected. Shipping, however, took almost 9 days to get to me in Arizona, which felt a bit long. The packaging was very secure, no issues there. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, a solid experience for the product quality, but they could definitely speed up their delivery times.
Ordered Icewine, good experience
